How do I know counseling is right for me?

Counseling is best for individuals, couples, and families who are looking to gain a better understanding of themselves and improve their quality of life. 

What is the typical length and frequency of sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. I offer 80 minute sessions to couples and families.  We generally will meet on a weekly basis, or more often if needed. We can discuss this further during our first session

What insurance plans to you take?

I do not currently take insurance, however I would be happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
